EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS

We are pleased to present the 2004 roster of Heritage Boat Club Officers and Direcors .

The Heritage Boat Club conducts several educational programs each year which are designed to further our members knowledge of topics related to boating.

Past programs have included:

• wood and metalworking techniques
• boat maintenance/restoration
• seamanship
• navigation
• electronics (new products, GPS, radios etc.)
• nautical knots
• marine engine repair and maintenance and issues related to safe boating.

Our educational seminars are usually conducted from 1PM to 3PM on the second Sunday during the months of February, March and April of each year. Programs are held at the Chicago Corinthian Yacht Club located at Montrose Harbor in Chicago. Food and good conversation always follow the seminars. Additional information regarding the time, date and future topics will be posted on our web page when available.
